My tailored approach to optimizing your health your wellbeing and your performance.
1: Free Consultation
Free 15-20 minute call (via phone) providing a perfect opportunity to discuss in further detail your current health condition, to decide whether my services are a good fit for you and to discuss any further queries you may have.
If we decide to progress further you will be emailed a complete health history questionnaire with a 7 day food diary for you to complete and return along with any previous medical records/tests you have available (15 page limit with medical records).
2: Initial Consultation
In person or via phone/Zoom 50-60 minutes.
Having thoroughly reviewed your health history questionnaires, food diary and medical records and taking into account your past and present lifestyle, work, stress and symptoms, a detailed interpretation report is written and working hypothesis as to your current health status is reached. You may be required to purchase lab tests to be done before we meet again. Preliminary lifestyle changes and nutritional therapy may be suggested at this point.
The exact lab testing ordered after your Initial Consultation
depends on your individual circumstances, but may include:
A comprehensive blood chemistry panel. This is the single most efficient, effective and affordable tool for quickly evaluating your health. It screens for a wide range of conditions, including several types of anaemia; gut, viral and bacterial infections; insulin resistance and hypoglycaemia; liver and kidney issues; and thyroid and adrenal problems. It offers important clues for how to structure and focus your treatment to get the best results. And it provides a baseline of biomarkers that can be used to objectively track the progress of your treatment over time.
Additional blood tests for specific conditions, such as high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, autoimmune disease, and gluten sensitivity.
Advanced stool testing to screen for parasites, fungal overgrowth, bacterial infections, intestinal inflammation, dysbiosis and a deficiency of beneficial gut bacteria.
Urine organic acids testing to screen for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, fungal overgrowth, problems metabolizing fat or carbohydrate, B-vitamin status, methylation issues, detoxification capacity, oxidative stress, and neurotransmitter metabolism.
Saliva or serum hormone testing for adrenal and sex hormone status.
Advanced and specific leaky gut analyses.
Monoclonal Antibody Food Sensitivity Testing (the majority of Food Sensitivity Tests are polyclonal which have a high cross reactivity and produce a high level of false positives)

Once I have received the results of your lab tests I develop a report of findings and design a plan of care according to your results, case history and current symptoms.
